fantastic rooftop terrace, interesting furnishings, strong WiFi
The bathrooms could use a thorough cleaning!!! Noise from outside disrupts sleep, making it hard to relax!!! Be prepared for stairs since there's no lift available!!!

The location was ideal for exploring the Old City.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by multiple issues. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up the long flight of stairs. Additionally, the room was not as comfortable as expected due to the poor layout and insufficient electrical outlets. It was frustrating having to unplug the refrigerator just to use the kettle. Overall, the management seemed lacking, and it felt abandoned.

I really loved the rooftop views, especially during sunset, and the breakfast spread was incredible with lots of delicious options. However, the bathroom could use a little updating. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the cozy small double room and the fantastic breakfast options every morning. The rooftop terrace was a nice spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and we loved the charming décor in the common areas. The only downside was that the bathroom sink was slow to drain, but it didn't ruin our experience one bit! 😊

The New Imperial in Jerusalem really stood out with its charming character and fantastic location. The rooftop terrace offered spectacular views, especially during sunset—a perfect spot to unwind. I genuinely appreciated how close the hotel was to major landmarks, making it easy to explore the city. The friendly staff always greeted me with a smile and were quick to help when I needed assistance, which made me feel welcomed. I enjoyed the breakfast options. it was hearty and had a nice variety, though I wish there were more fresh fruit selections. However, the room felt a bit smaller than I expected, and the absence of a refrigerator was inconvenient. The lack of an elevator also posed a challenge, especially with luggage. I encountered some heating issues with the shower water. getting the temperature just right took some time. Additionally, the towels felt stiff, lacking that fresh, soft feel. Overall, a lovely place to stay with some areas needing attention, such as room amenities and bathroom fixtures.

Fantastic location right at the entrance of the Old City. Room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. The rooftop had awesome views of David's Tower. Breakfast featured fresh salads, pastries, and eggs. Friendly staff really made the difference too. Just be prepared for some stairs since there’s no elevator.
